Climate Change Policy Specialist retained by the Government of the British Virgin Islands and the Caribbean Community Climate Change Center (CCCCC) to provide technical guidance and support to the High-Level Technical Working Group.

In February 2005, the Asian Development Bank (ADB) initiated the "Legal and Institutional Strengthening of Environmental Management” Technical Assistance (TA) project in the Cook Islands (ADB TA 4273-COO).

World Bank staff consultant retained as Team Leader/Climate Change Mainstreaming Specialist as part of technical team retained by the World Bank to assist the Government of  Dominica in the development of its US$65 million Strategic Program for Climate Resilience (SPCR) funded through the Pilot Program for Climate Resilience (PPCR) under the Climate Investment Fund (CIF).

Provided services of Climate Change Specialist to assist the ADB’s South Asia Regional Department (SARD) in the development, through regional and country consultation, of the US$750 million Climate Change Implementation Plan (CCIP) for South Asia Developing Member Countries DMCs (Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Maldives, Nepal and Sri Lanka).

Provided services of Team Leader (Climate Change Adaptation Specialist) to assist the government of Nepal.

In collaboration with various institutions and with the GEF/World Bank Special Program on Adaptation to Climate Change (SPACC) Project, the Team Leader from de Romilly & de Romilly Limited developed a Handbook for Community Resource Mapping and Climate Change Vulnerability Atlases and led a training program on Community Climate Change Vulnerability Mapping.

The US$2 million Adapting to Climate Change in the Caribbean (ACCC) Project was implemented in 12 CARICOM member countries and was executed through the Canadian Executing Agency (CEA)

Provided services of Team Leader (Climate Change Adaptation Specialist) together with Environmental Law Specialist, Environmental Policy and Institutions Specialist, Community Consultation Specialist to undertake the review of environmental laws, policies and institutional frameworks for environmental management and sustainable development in the context of climate change.

Retained to undertake the Policy, Legislation and Regulations Component of the Solid and Ship-Generated Waste Management Project.

Provided services of Team Leader (Environmental/Climate Change Policy Specialist) together with Physical Planning Law Specialist, and Environmental Policy and Institutions Specialist, to undertake the review of laws, policies and institutional frameworks for land management/ administrations and sustainable development in the context of climate change.

During the period from July 2016 to August 2018, the Government of Trinidad and Tobago received
support from the European Union (EU) under the “Technical Assistance to the Environment Program in
Trinidad and Tobago”.

In 2012, de Romilly & de Romilly Limited was retained after Cabinet approved the drafting of comprehensive Environment and Natural Resource Management Legislation in line with recommendations from the National Consultative Workshop and the earlier legislative reviews. Over the course of several years, with funding provided through a number of projects supported by the Global Environment Facility (GEF), Dominica’s Climate Change, Environment and Natural Resources Management Bill was developed and drafted through a broad-based stakeholder consultative process.

Retained to design and develop the Regulations for the administration and management of the Sable Offshore Gas Development in Nova Scotia, Canada

Retained to undertake comprehensive review/evaluation of international standards/laws/best practices relating to offshore marine works/dredging/waste disposal/dumping to enhance resilience of marine ecosystem to climate change

Retained to support the development of Dominica’s Third National Communications under the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change.

Provided services of Team Leader, Climate Change Adaptation Specialist to undertake comprehensive situation analysis
